Functionality
Sized to allow easy grip of heavy pans when maneuvering on a cook surface, but easy removal when transferring to the oven. A 1/2" diameter hole with slicked edges to hang and display when not in use.
Durability
Slicked edges sewn on three sides to stand up to heavy use. A raw-edge opening allows the handle cover to conform to your pans, making handling your pans increasingly comfortable over time. Veg-tanned leather is used because of its durability and natural patina that develops over time.
