Custom Order Process

To start the process for a custom piece, use the request form below

1. Riley will book a consultation to discuss your custom project type, design, and budget.
2. Riley will email a design mock-up, provide an estimated timeline, and finalize the price of your custom piece.
3. Secure your custom order slot by placing a non-refundable deposit (directions provided in the consultation follow-up email).
4. Then the work begins! Once your final piece is completed, a final invoice will be emailed to you. Your new piece will be shipped out once the final payment is received.

All custom work will be made with Herman Oak veg-tanned leather.
